Exclusive and beautifully located Private Villa with potential availability is for 17 guests if rented as one villa. However, the villa can also be split into THREE separate apartments called Los Angeles, San Francisco and Carlsbad. Each exclusive apartment is self-contained with fully equipped kitchen, living dining area and bathrooms. The villa is located in a quiet up-market area which the locals call 'Beverley Hills' of Costa Calma. The shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just 5 minutes walk, and a further 5 minutes takes you on to a beautiful golden beach.

It wasn't until 1984 that Costa Calma had its first major tourist boom, despite its incredible white beaches. Costa Calma (the calm coast) lies about 80km south of the airport (see map) on the edge of the national park area of Jandia. With plenty of bars and restaurants and hotels. The main road into the resort is surrounded by palm trees and Canary pines - quite a rare sight on Fuerteventura. If you've driven all the way from the north (about 2hr drive) then this is a nice stop off point. The highlight of Costa Calma has to be the long sandy beach of Playa Barca to the southwest. It's always easy to find a quiet, sheltered spot here even during peak season. Windsurfers are particularly fond of this beach because of the strong off shore winds during the summer months.

Rental notes: Prices are per person per day in UK Pounds (minimum price for 6 guests); thereafter £99 per guest thereafter, up to a maximum of 10-12. We would consider a discount for bookings for 3 weeks and over. Peak Periods, Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-term are subject to a supplement. Children under the age of 2 are free.. There is a standard, weekly charge for cleaning, linen and towels of £50 per week.

Outside Area:Five separate terraces surround the villa on all four sides. There's a 12ft whitewashed wall surrounding the villa so privacy and relaxation is absolutely guaranteed, with mature gardens with palm trees. There's a large brick built bbq area on a patio which also has a full size table tennis table and large area for football etc. The exceptionally beautiful beaches of Costa Calma are within 10 minutes minutes walk as well as the shops, bars and restaurants.
