The villa is in a peaceful rural location, just outside the village of Varjota, a few kilometres north of the Loulé-Boliqueime road. It is south facing and enjoys open views to the sea over intervening valleys and limestone hillsides. It overlooks valley orchards of almonds, figs, olives and carobs. Loule, a charming market town, is 10 minutes by car. It has good shopping and restaurant facilities. The towns of Quarteira, Almancil and Faro are all within easy reach (20-30 minutes).

Rental notes: Balance to be paid eight weeks before arrival. Some shorter bookings may be available outside the usual May to October period.

The villa has spacious sitting room is decorated in local style, with comfortable sofa, 2 twin bedrooms, kitchen has all necessary utensils, bathroom with bath and shower over, dining table for 6 persons.

Outside Area:The villa is in its own grounds, surrounded by tiled terraces with shaded veranda set up for outdoor dining. There is also a built-in barbecue. Steps lead down to the 8 x 4m swimming pool and tiled sun terrace with loungers and sunshades.
