This Triplex is of a high stanard sitting next to hole 7 on the Valle de Este golf course. One of the most challenging in Spain. Set out as a desert course with a complete nature walk around the perimeter. There is a large shared pool with area for sun-bathing around. Suits both families and golfers.The nearby 5 star hotel has resaurants and bars together with spar,gym and beauty salon facilities. There is also other bars and suopermaket and shops in the nearby complex. The beach is 10/15 minutes drive away and set on a large safe sandy beach.Vera has a water park and Mini Holiwood theme park is ust 40 minutes drive away. Horseriding/bowls and tennis are also available nearby.

Vera water park was opened in 2004 and offers a great day out for the family. Mini hollywood a western theme park is a 40 mins drive away. Nearer to hand are many local markets a great way to get a bargain! Or just relax at one of the Mojacar Playa beach bars set right on the beach with good food and sun beds

The property has 3 bedrooms, the large main bedroom on the top floor with double bed has en suite bathroom with it own balcony, extensive wardrobe space. The two other bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes located on the floor below both have their own balconies and share a bathroom. Both of the bedroom bathrooms have baths and bidets as well as showers On the ground floor there is a further bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin. Modern fitted kithchen with full facilities, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven and hob, kettle etc. All knives, cuttlery and glassware provided. Washing machine is located in a covered outhouse just outside the back door. There is a large lounge. dining area, two peolpe could additional sleep on the large L shaped sofa which seats 8. in the front are pation doors to the front balcony the table and chairs can be moved onto the patio for al fresco dining. The tv has a digibox for UK channels and films

Outside Area:One of the largest plots on the complex within Los Olivos community has mature gardens with orange trees. Rear patio with barbeque, table and chairs. The front of the property has a balcony large enough to set out the lounge table and chairs for an alfresco supper. There is a large community pool with seperatechild pool with shower and toilet facilities just a few feet from the back gate. Private parking behind secure gates.The complex has an hotel and supermarket and resurants/bars which are 10 mins walk away. The golf course has a boarded nature walk which goes around the whole of the outside of the course. Horseriding, go carting, tennis and water sports are located nearby togther with the on site golf course there are many others within a few kilometres including the famous Desert Springs.
