British Columbia weather
The southern coast of British Columbia is one of the mildest regions in Canada, with warm summers and relatively mild winters - summers in the province's interior are hot. Victoria and Vancouver have moderate climates, rarely climbing above 30C in the summer and rarely dropping below 0C in winter. Heavy snowfalls occur in the glaciers of the Rocky Mountains.
Getting there
Vancouver airport is the major international airport of the province, which is served by most major international airlines. Victoria, Abbotsford, Cranbrook, and Kelowna also have international airports that have service to a number of locations within Canada and to some destinations in the United States.
