Holiday weather in Greece
Greece has typical Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild rainy winters. There are only two seasons: hot and dry between April and September; mild and wet from October to March. The rain that does occur falls during the winter months, mid-October to mid-April, usually as short, heavy showers. The nice time to travel to Athens is during the cooler, fine weather of spring and summer.
