Holiday weather in Poland
Poland has generally warm summers and cold winters. Average summer temperatures are around 23 or 24C from June to August, and about 2 degrees cooler along the coast. Winters last from December to early March, with temperatures around zero during the day, and around -5 degrees at night. Typically there is about 10 to 12 days of rain or snow during most winter months.

LOT Polish Airlines is the national airline of Poland and is based at Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport (WAW). Most of Europe's major airlines fly to and from Poland, and it has a fare share of low-cost airlines that fly there, including Germanwings, WizzAir, EasyJet, Norwegian and Ryanair. Poznán, Katowice, Krakow, Wroclaw and Gdansk all have international airports with flights to and from Europe.
