Our Beachwalk Villa at Fort Myers is about 4 hours drive away from the theme parks of the Orlando area and this contrasts with the relaxing lifestyle and peaceful beauty of the Fort Myers area. As short drive away are the magical islands of Sanibel and Captiva. You will be captivated by beautiful, alluring Captiva Island, where once, it is said, pirates roamed, conquistadors explored and Calusa indians called home. The mystery and adventure is still there. Treasures to be found in the way of a good life, spectacular white sand beaches scattered with "treasures from the sea", pastel colored seashells and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

Rental notes: The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival at Beachwalk. Weekly rental is available from 550 GBP per week and includes all electricity, water and air conditioning.

The holiday villa is a large, spacious, detached bungalow style villa with large garage and driveway. Two large living areas are the major part of this open plan living space as well as four bedrooms and family bathroom. One living space is a quiet formal area at the front of the property with comfortable couches and coffee table. The other is a real family space at the rear with open plan kitchen containing all of the homely touches you will expect as well as much more. The kitchen is fully furnished with American kitchen appliances to fulfil your every culinery desire and services not one but two dining areas. The family room is furnished with comfy sofas, TV and video facilities and conveniently overlooks the private swimming pool, well maintained gardens and landscaping at the rear of the property. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom attached. The large family bathroom is well equipped with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.
