This is a ground floor apartment with 3 large bedrooms all with ample storage facilities, fully equipped kitchen with full oven, microwave, fridge / freezer etc. Comfortable lounge / diner leading to private walled patio, patio set & lighting. 1 main bathroom and a new en-suite shower room. On site there is a large keyed entry swimming pool (never overcrowded) a restaurant and shop. Close by there are two golf courses Los Olivios & Los Lagos and within 2 kms there is horse Riding/go-carting/Aqua Park and many restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet residential urbanization in Mijas Golf. It is very close to golf courses,and the bustling town of Fuengirola is only 3km away.The costa-del-sol is the place for holidays as it has been from the 1960's but now with all modern amenities ,aqua parks ,crocodile park,zoo,sea world,Selwo animal park,and of course the best beaches in Spain. The big shopping experience is here to! El Court Ingles(Spains answer to Harrods) top supermarkets,Iceland (!) and myriads of restaurants within 3kms .Marbella only 30 minutes by car, Gibraltar and Seville close enough for a full day trip! Skiing only 2 hours away in the Sierra Nevada's near Granada

Rental notes: Payments can be by cheque, Bank transfer (preferred to UK or Spain in euro's) or by credit card via PayPal.com .(+3.5% PayPal charges). Payments in full are preferred but £150 non returnable holiday deposit is also OK and balance 4 weeks prior to visit. We impose a £125/€150 KEY/BREAKAGE deposit by cheque which is returned as soon as the keys are safely back with us in Spain and the apartment checked OK by the management company.
