There are several golf courses within half an hours drive including the beautiful Desert Springs, Cortijo Grande and Vera. Or, from October to April, you might want to ski the Sierra Nevada just 2 hours away by car. Or stay "home" and right across the road you could choose Mojacar's clean and safe, uncrowded beach for a swim, or simply to sunbathe. The promenade along the beachside is perfect for an evening stroll and there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops all close by.

Walk out of the apartment and you come to a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Most people in Mojacar speak English, so language is no problem. A good walk takes you to the Commercial shopping centre below Mojacar Pueblo (the old village) and there are plenty of really good restaurants and individual shops and boutiques. A regular local bus service serves all major areas for those who wish to ride. Mojacar is a pretty, traditional Moorish/Spanish town that has maintained a great deal of its local character. The beach is clean and safe - perfect for children and adults alike. The promenade affords wonderful views along the beach and is a lovely place to walk in the evening or on Sundays along with the locals in their Sunday best. Along the coast there are the pretty villages of Carboneras and Agua Amarga, with their many excellent seafood restaurants - ideal for a relaxing Sunday lunch.

Located on the second floor, with a lift, the apartment suits those wanting a relaxing location, but with plenty of life close by. It has an East facing balcony, living room and main bedroom. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. This gives room for up to 6 people including the convertible sofa. All bedding is included. There are heaters for the cooler months. The bright and airy lounge/diner has modern seating (sofa also converts to double) and a large pine dining table for 6. The kitchen is modern with work surfaces, oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery and utensils. The flat is equipped with TV, video player, stereo and CD player. The modern 4 piece bathroom is fully tiled, bright and clean.
