This lovely privately owned detached holiday villa with private pool is situated in the peaceful village of Son Vilar on the outskirts of Es Castell (fishing village) and Mahon (capital), so amenities are close by and also just a short drive to gorgeous beaches. The villa sleeps 2 - 7 in three air conditioned bedrooms (cool or heat). It has a large terrace with barbeque and a further patio, both with tables, chairs, and plenty of sun loungers. It is nicely furnished, fully equipped (including Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi High Speed Internet), superbly cleaned and serviced weekly with fresh linen by my local manager. The private pool, which has Roman Steps, is serviced twice weekly by a local specialist manager. Both managers are available at other times should any problems arise. The magical Mediterranean Island of Menorca (Minorca) has over 120 beaches, some of them being the most beautiful in Europe. Most are unspoiled and they are to be be found in every nook and cranny of the coastline of an island only 30 miles by 12. Some are long stretches of fine sand, others are sheltered bays or coves. The sea is of the clearest blue with an unmatchable clarity and with the most agreeable of temperatures which make it a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, or for those just lounging and chilling out. During the year there is an average of 300 days of sunshine with an average of 5 hours a day in winter and more than 10 hours a day in summer.

The rental holiday villa consists of three double bedrooms (one en-suite), Lounge / Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Patio, Private Swimming Pool, Large Terrace and Barbeque. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge (stocked with basic food and drinks for your arrival!), cooker, microwave, washing machine, utensils, crockery and glasses

Outside Area:It has a large terrace with barbeque and a further patio, both with tables, chairs, and plenty of sun loungers. The private pool, which has Roman Steps, is serviced twice weekly by a local specialist manager. There is a small park opposite the drive with a small playground for children and exercise equipment for the adults.
