La Fattoria di Pietrabuona, a Galeotti Flori family's property since the very beginning, is set in an attractive rural position on the evergreen Zano Hill. A private country road connects all the poderi of the estate.Today the Fattoria di Pietrabuona has seven poderi, still known by their old names (Zano, Cima a Zano, Sondino, Piastriccio, Tremignani, ecc.). Their farmhouses have been recently refurbished and restored to a full rustic charm. PROPOSALS OF THE FARM: From Monday to Friday from 8 to 10 am,BREAKFAST IN THE CELLAR with homemade farm products. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5 to 7 pm,WINE TASTING IN CELLAR,with excellent local wines and farm products.

Fattoria di Pietrabuona is located close to the first village in the so-called Svizzera Pesciatina. The houses of the farm are situated on a hill, entirely private, Poggio di Zano, spread a little throughout the property. On the top of the hill you find the swimming pool and the path of Disc Golf. The landscape is totally charming, surrounded by nature, away from the chaos of the city. The houses are in rustic style, all recently renovated. Just 4 km from Pietrabuona is the first city, Pescia. Fattoria di Pietrabuona is a place in itself, but close to all the major places of interest and tourist attractions of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Viareggio...

There is a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a full size bed (130 cm), a bathroom (equipped with tub and shower) and a toilette. There is also an upper gallery loft area that features two beds. Amenities: Living room with satellite TV and fireplace; kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric kettle and moka coffee pot. The two beds in the upper gallery loft can be joined or separated. Wi-fi free access in the apartment and outdoor.

Outside Area:The grounds have a shaded pergola for dining outdoor, and a barbecue. Parking is near the house. On the top of the hill,Casa di Zano is close to the swimming-pool. Not far away, an area under the trees where you can have a picnic or rest on the amaca. Very close, a little “Baby Garden” with some games for children, a ping-pong and a football table for the older ones. Our disc golf course starts here in the Podere Zano.
