The apartments are on the hill of Riva di Solto - Zorzino village, are the ideal holiday accommodation not only to explore Lake Iseo, Montisola and the pre-Alps of Bergamo but also to spend a relaxing holiday. The apartments are tastefully furnished to offer every possible comfort. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is an ideal location for a family (couple with children), the two apartments can be rented together. Each has a living-dining room with sofa, new kitchen complete with utensils for daily use, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, private balcony and garden in common. In addition, each has its own entrance. From the apartments you can easily reach the local market / bakery, the butchers’ and restaurants.

Staying by the lake Iseo means practise sports absorbed in the nature, explore tiny villages which keep jealously their traditions, discover new tastes in the typical dishes tightly linked with local products and the esteemed vineyard in Valcalepio and in Franciacorta.

Rental notes: The price includes taxes, light, gas and water. Final cleaning: € 50 Heating: if necessary € 1,50 mc. It is possible to rent linen/towel/tablecloth at the cost of € 14 per person per week (or change to request). The minimum stay is 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday) unless other agreements. The apartment is available (check in) by 17.00 and must be vacated by 10.00 am (check out) unless other agreements. It is always INDISPENSABLE to agree in advance the arrival time. The booking will be valid only after receiving our confirmation and after paying a deposit of 30% of the agreed price. The balance is done by cash at arrival date. It is requested a caution money of € 200.

The apartment is on one level on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 6 people. Spacious and comfortable, has a living area with sofa bed and dining table in front of the huge window from where you can enjoy panoramic lake view. The balcony overlooking the old village of Riva Solto is the ideal place to sit in relax and enjoy the view. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and balcony, the other with two single beds, wardrobe and desk.
