Cala Figuera is a little fishing village with only a few hundred residents, about 300. To its coast belong wonderful beaches and rugged cliffs, located on the southeast cost of Majorca. It is only 50 Km far from the city (Palma de Mallorca) and it takes 40 minutes from the airport. Villa Primera apartments are situated at the beginning of this village, accessing from the main street, very close of the children play ground. The fishing port shows a wealth of beautifully natural land-and-seascapes which have picturesque entice for a great deal of foreign and local artists. It is lying in the unspoilt Mediterranean environment, with people working there every day and ships commuting to the sea. In fact, the port itself, is set at head of an excellent scenery called by a lot of tourists who have visited it: "The Venice from Majorca"

Rental notes: Note the rates quoted are for the STANDARD apartment with balcony overlooking pool & garden, for 1 night for 2 people. For 3 or 4 people there is a surchcharge (lease ask the owner for the surcharge) Rates are in local currency: € Euro, per apartment per day. Recently refurbished, all the apartments have a lightly living room with sofa bed, for two persons, balcony or terrace, open kitchenette with lounge area, a good-sized twin bedroom with balcony and bathroom with bath and shower tube. All the apartments have pool and garden view. They are equipped with bed linen, bath towels, dishtowels, tablecloth, coffee maker, microwave and more kitchen equipment and utensils. Moreover, you can find some features in the apartment, if you requested them, like: - Complements for the baby: cot, cot linen, high chair and baby towels.

Outside Area:The apartments are settled in 1500 sq meters with pine trees and garden, just 300 meters from the sea away. Villa Primera offers only 8 full equipped and good furnished apartments with communal swimming pool, solarium with sun loungers to relax.
