We are located 4 short blocks from town and across the street from the beach. No Car Necessary. But it is nice if you are planning to go exploring the surrounding areas. Walk to restaurants, central plaza/park, internet cafes, grocery store, pharmacy, artisan shops and miles of powder soft, white sand beaches just across the street. I can help you with air port transfers and info about the town and surrounding areas. Our manager JIM is English speaking, he will be available if you need him. Cecar our pool and maintenance guy. Nora our maid will help you in any way possible.

This rustic Mexican/American home of 25 years has warmth and charm. From the moment you enter the spacious open dining and family rooms you will experience the vibrant tropical breeze and truly relaxed feeling Mexico has to offer. A spectacular open floor plan and second level glass block ceiling fill the space with natural sunlight that you will surely love. This villa rental has four very large bedrooms, each with a private bath, air-conditioning, TV. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and bathroom. Lots of windows to open and feel the warm Caribbean breeze. With Ocean or Garden Views. All tile baths, Mexican Marble floors in each bedroom. American beds with 100% cotton linens. There are Six beds. Three King Size beds, Two Queen beds, One Double bed and One futon Sleep sofa. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with gas four-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, food processor, all the dishes, utensils, along with pots and pans are supplied. We have two water dispensers in the kitchen.

Outside Area:We have a huge open patio on the second level over looking the ocean with an unobstructed view of the reef and a dinning table with seating for 12. There is a good sized 15x30 pool with lounge chairs amidst a tropical setting with a flowing fountain. You will have the entire house to your self.
