In Orta San Giulio (2 km) you'll find many hotels, restaurants and shops with Italian handcrafts and food. From the beautiful main square you can easily hop on a boat ride to go the island Isola San Giulio or a tour around the lake Orta. Other interesting visits around include Lake Maggiore (30 minutes drive to Stresa), the nearby Alps mountains, the famous Piemonte wine region, the Italian cities Turin, Milan. Lake Orta is traditionally considered one of the most romantic places in Italy: this maybe depends on the landscape that sweeps from the lake to the mountains, from the nature with its prosperous woods and the valleys that climb the near Alps or some memorable panoramic points such as Mount Mottarone that divides Cusio from Lake Maggiore. The view sweeps over the Alpine mountain range, with Monte Rosa that seems to watch over as a mother on these peoples, up to Val Grande peaks, and then over the Swiss ones and toward Como. Turning one`s eyes there is the plane with its towns... Then, glancing down there is the charm of lake waters and the boats that slowly sail them: you can enjoy all the calm and the rest of these wonderful places full of history and traditions. It is just a picturesque landscape full of small suburbs with an important history that inspired many poets and writers, as well as painters and directors.

Rental notes: Security deposit on arrival (obligatory): 800 euro. Final cleaning, linen and towels (obligatory): 120 euro. Possibility to add single bed for children on request: 100 euro. Heating charge based on consumption.

This spacious holiday villa sleeps comfortably 4-5 persons. The first floor of the villa is composed of a double bedroom, small twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and dining table with view on Lago d'Orta, stylish living room with fireplace and satellite TV. On the lower floor is a large lounge area with another little kitchen and bathroom with shower. Upon request an extra single bed (for children) can be added on the lower floor.

Outside Area:It is surrounded by a large garden (1300 m²) with beautiful green lawn and direct access and own beach to the lake. In between the trees and shadows you can enjoy a picnic or barbeque. The large swimming pool (8x4m) reflects beautifully the lake and surrounding mountains.
