The advantage of the Villa is its location, you are only 12 minutes from Disney theme parks and 20 minutes from all other major tourist attractions including Universal studios. All of which should be on everybody’s ‘to do’ list, young and old alike. Even the golf enthusiasts are catered for with Championship courses on hand. Florida is home to lots more the just Theme Parks, with a vast amount of Championship Golf Course’s, Nature Trails, Petting Farms, Helicopter, Horse Riding & too many shopping malls to mention. You couldn’t wish for a nicer place to explore! Champions Gate Golf Club. Situated just off the I4 This course is highly recommended by keen golfers, & is only 5minutes from our villa. Gator Land. This is an amazing place to visit, seeing the animals in their Natural Habitat. The Kids will be speechless. The Everglades National Park An experience every one should encounter. Orange Blossom Hot Air Balloon Rides. See the balloons every morning weather permitting from the Pool Area or why not take a ride in one of them. Clearwater offers a fantastic beach, but you can also pick up a boat trip to see the dolphins in their natural habitat.

We would like to offer your family a holiday of a life time staying close to the Heart of Disney. The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests plus an infant. Two bedrooms are master suites one boasts a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities. The second master has a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities also. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds one of which is called The Disney Show Case. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom on the adjoining landing area. The remainder of the facilities are a large living room a full dining suite in the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a ground floor cloak room, its very own games room/garage.

Outside Area:Villa boasts its own full sized swimming pool (13ft x 26 ft) for you to relax in after a fun day at the parks.
