This fantastic villa consists of 3 apartments which are 1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom. Can be rented whole with private Pool or as individual apartments sharing the pool: Air Condition in every bedroom operated by pre paid cards available from owner. The villa can accommodate up to 16 persons. Close to all shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Sandy beach is only 5 mins away with car or bus. Large Terraces and a mature garden surrounds the villa. Plenty of parking outside the villa although a car is not a necessity. BBQ, outside shower , umbrellas and deckchairs round the pool deck. Garden Furniture in every terrace of the villa. If you haven't the inclination to swim, you can just relax, lay back, unwind & watch the world go by, on a sun lounger whilst topping up your tan, or for the more cautious, shade yourself under an umbrella by the pool. One the sun sets or even during the day you could make use of our built in barbecue and enjoy your meal at the pool side. Indoor Pool is available for the winter months . Games room is with the indoor pool

North of the island 13 miles from Valletta and 14 miles from the airport. Impressively located on a high ridge facing N and overlooking the wide bay below. Ramla and Paradise Bays branch right and left at the tip of Malta some 2½ miles further on, both looking across to Comino and Gozo beyond. Mellieha, which sits on top of a hill, overlooking the 'tail end' of Malta. An attractive hilltop village with a central street winding downhill. It is also surrounded by fertile valleys and most spots provide good panoramas of the countryside. Ghadira Beach,Mellieha Bay.Ramla Bay and Paradise Bay have their own small sandy beaches, and Malta's largest beach, Mellieha Bay (1 mile from village), is long and narrow with sand and clean shallow water ideal for small children. There are water sports facilities and numerous beach bars.

Rental notes: Balance is paid before arrival in Malta 8 weeks before.. 50% deposit and balance can be paid on arrival in Malta in euros cash. Prices quoted are for 16 persons. Extra Beds are available at 100 Euros per bed per week, Cots are available at 40 Euros per cot per week. Taxi transfers from the airport to the Villa can also be arranged. You will find all our apartments are fully furnished up to the highest quality comprising of combined kitchen and sitting room, a bathroom with a fitted shower & bath (the 3 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms). The kitchens are fully equipped with all modern conveniences plus a microwave, TV with cable (free of charge), iron, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and Wireless Internet. Every bedroom has a fitted Air conditioning (pre paid cards are to be purchased on arrival) to make your holiday cool & carefree.

Outside Area:Each self catering villa apartment has it's own private entrance enabling you to come and go as you please with easy access to our inviting large swimming pool, to use at your own leisure. Every apartment has its own washing machine. Please note that flat 1 and flat 2 can be interconnected together. This gives you a lovely five bedroom property with two kitchens and three bathrooms. Ideal for large groups. Located on the ground floor is the largest apartment within the villa. Accommodation comprises a large terrace which runs across the front of the apartment.
