This 48m2 new modern chalet apartment is situated in the Feuersang area of the beautiful village of Flachau. The apartment is in a complex of 3 and 1 bedroomed apartments. Flachau Seasons is on the ground floor. These newly built apartments are situated directly next to the 8-er Jet and the slopes in Flachau, allowing easy access to the piste along a private footpath within metres of front door. It takes only 5 minutes by car to get from the A-10 Motorway to the Flachau. It lies in the middle of the skiing area "Sportwelt Amade", connected to the slopes of Wagrain and St Johann im Pongau. The centre of this friendly village is only a couple of minutes walk with mixture of sporting and wellness activities for all age groups taking place throughout the year During the spring, summer and autumn months fabulous local events take place. Walking or mountain bike routes start at the end of the driveway. Enjoy the Salzburg Christmas markets during November and December if you don't want to ski. This area is a great place to visit whatever the time of year with activities and sightseeing to suit all ages

Flachau is situated just approx 40 - 45 minutes from the beautiful city of Salzburg which was home of the composer Mozart and of course "The Sound of Music". Flachau is located in the the district of Pongau, part of the Salzburgerland region. The Flachautal valley lies in the upper Ennstal valley amidst the Radstadter Tauern mountain range. The centre of Flachau is a few mins walk gving easy access to many traditional Austrian restaurants, bars and shops. Flachau is the home-town of skiing legend, Hermann Maier, winner of many world cup races and Olympic medals. World cup skiing events are hosted here along with other local ski areas. Flachau is the starting point to 3 ski links, and is ideally placed to access the ski area Sportwelt, making up 450kms of piste. The area is equipped with the most modern lifts, such as the 3 stage gondola Jet-Arc which starts at the bottom of the adjacent piste. Car hire is not essential as there are taxis and coaches from Salzburg Airport.

Rental notes: Prices are for the property per night. There is an additional cost of 75 euros for final cleaning. Please note that Austria has a tourist tax of £1 / 1.2 euros per adult per day. Bedding, towels and teatowels are provided With the exception of Christmas and New Year weeks the apartment can be hired on a daily basis (minimum 2 nights). Check-in is after 3pm. Outside Area:Large patio windows lead onto patio area with views towards mountains. Within minutes of the apartment there are well sign-posted mountain paths for walkers, hikers or mountain bikers. Owners Ski/boot room across corridor from apartment. Ski rack and ski boot dryer (night timer). Washer/Dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. Plenty of room to store ski's, golf clubs or mountain bikes etc. Security lighting in corridor. Outside garden furniture for use during summer months. Carport and seperate parking area available for guest. Access to the piste is by a private footpath a short walk away from the apartment.
