Kissimmee vacation rental in the Hamlets - Florida rental villa near the 192

We have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom luxury villa, Detached property in a private estate called The Hamlets just off the highway 192. The villa has cathedral ceiling, fully air - conditioned inclusive in the rental cost.We have a private pool and a view to die for look at our photos with lots of wildlife no rear neighbours . The Villa is carpeted throughout. We have ceiling fans in all rooms, also TV’s in all bedrooms. We have a fully fitted Kitchen.we have a games room .and a laundry room . all linen is provided in rental costs . The villa has an alarm system and alarms on patio doors leading to the pool area also a safety fence before the pool . Our management company are a phone call away

We are 5 mins drive to Walmart , Target and Sams Club . We are 10 mins drive to disney world and other theme parks . Golf courses are near by also air boat rides , old town Kissimmee , Celebration , Air boat rides are 1/2 hour away , You could walk to APPLEBEES ,DENNYS , WAFFLE HOUSE AND WENDYS . Mall s a short ride away .

THE LOUNGE is very large with 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa, tv with 200 channels, dvd reading books, games, coffee tables and lots of lights , a ceiling fan. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, dishwasher large fride freezer, full cooker, microwave, crockery, electric kettle, teapot, and much more. The Nook a place to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the eveing overlooking the swimming pool and enjoy the view. Dining Room has a table 6 chairs for evening meal also a music center with cds, tapes and radio. Master Bedroom has a king bed, cable tv , clock / radio ceiling fan also a large easy chair, Leading from the bedroom we have a en - suite with bath, shower , hi and hers vanity unit, a wakin wardrobe and a seperate tolet. 2nd Bedroom with queen bed, tv, clock radio, walkin wardrobe, ceiling fan. 3 rd Bed room has twin beds , tv , radio/alarm , ceiling fan . 2nd Bthroom the second and third bedrooms share this bathroom which is fitted with vanity unit , bath , shower and toilet . Half bathroom there is a seperate toilet and vanity unit for all our guests to use. Laubdry room has a washer, dryer, iron , ironing board and hoover. The villa is fully equiped with all bed linen, towels, pool towels provied free. We have a Games Room with Football,air hockey, electronic darts board, pool table and mini golf also a table and chairs to play games on.

Outside Area:The Florida room enclses the pool and lanai area to keep bugs out, it also overlooks the conservation area and the lake. We have a fence both sides for privacy . There are Tables, chairs, loungers. We have parking, and pool furniture .
