We are about 30 kilometres north-east of Rome, Sabina's territory, following the Tiber River and the Sabine's Hills. It is a magical land of medieval castles, little towns connected by winding country roads, elegant restaurants and family run taverne, and breath-taking scenery wherever you go. Europe's oldest olive tree lives in the Sabina too (Canneto di Fara), at 2000 years old , not surprising as the Sabina is famous for it's olive oil. Hard to believe it's only 30 min from Rome... Our apartment has 3 bedrooms (two double and one single) sleeping a maximum of 6 persons, a extra large sitting area with open kitchen area, bathroom with shower and bidet. The property is located in beautiful countryside in a hamlet of villas at the foot of a hill, a small farming town near ROME. Fara Sabina is a thriving centre of a fertile agricultural area, forming part of the gently rolling countryside north of Rome. Sabina’s resources are mainly olive groves and grapevines. The climate is mild in winter and fresh in summer so you can go for pleasant shopping all year round, including short work trips and is ideal for families with children. Our apartment is a few minutes by car of some shopping centre and is a few minutes from S.Oreste Outlet. Sports like Rides, bicycle trips, swimming and tennis facilities are also offered by the area, also it is possible to play table tennis in the garden.

Our apartment is in a very convenient location for those who want to enjoy the attractions of Rome, with its art and museums, but who also want to experience the peace and quiet of the countryside, clean air and lovely walks.One perfect combination between nature, art and history. A holiday in Sabina is suitable for all types of travelers, from the most serene to the most dynamic.From our apartment you can reach the centre of Rome (Trastevere) in 30 minutes taking the Via Salaria or using the motorway. Taking the Via Tiberina you can reach the central Corso Francia road, the Olympic Stadium, Vatican City and the Flaminio, Prati and Parioli residential areas.But just around this area you can enjoy and take a bath in Turano's Lake or visit the Farfa Village with the famous Abbey or you can go north direction, Marmore's Fall, ORVIETO (with its famous cathedral) can be reached in one hour and the city of FLORENCE in two hours.
