This vacation villa is located in a very green and tranquil position upon a hill at the small village of Avegno. The charming seafront town of Recco at 6 km (part of the Paradise Bay) has a popular beach and many shops and restaurants. Recco is known as the gastronomical capital of the Italian Riviera famous for its focaccia with cheese. It has an excellent central location around the Portofino Park to discover the beautiful coast of Liguria: from the lively city Genova to the picturesque villages and lovely beaches at Camogli, Portofino, Sestri Levante and Cinque Terre. The capital Genoa, one of the most important ports in the Mediterranean, was already a powerful maritime state in the Middle Ages. Today one can find impressive buildings, elegant mansions, and wonderful churches - all of which bear witness to Liguria's glorious past and which blend in perfectly with the modern city. Liguria is where pesto is originally from, one of the most popular sauces in Italian cuisine. Seafood is a major staple of Ligurian cuisine, as the sea has been part of the region's culture since its beginning. Another important aspect of the culture there is the beach. Tourists have been flocking to the Italian Riviera for decades to experience its calm, deep blue water.

This holiday villa accommodates 8 persons in 4 bedrooms: - On the main floor is spacious and charming living room with TV and open fireplace. Separate kitchen. Study room. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with tub. - On the first floor are a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with tub. - Optionally next to the pool area is another bedroom with 2 single sofa beds (for children) and a bathroom with shower. The extra small bedroom offers basic comfort for children and a bathroom with tub. It is located on the garden level next to the swimming pool and can only be accessed from the outside (no interior staircase connecting to the rest of the house).

Outside Area:The marvelous country house is situated in a private garden (1500m²) with olive and chestnut trees. There is a spacious terrace with a nice view of the surrounding nature and a large outdoor table and barbeque. The large swimming pool is perfect for cooling down in the hot summer months and features a covered terrace with relaxing chairs and sun loungers. There is no private parking but at 50m from the house is a small square where parking on the street is always (freely) available.
