In the core of maremma toscana, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the countryhouse is located on the top of a hill, with a marvellous view on the countyside. It offers two fully equipped apartments to be rent on a weekly base. Podere Belvedere consists of a main building, where the owners live at the ground floor, and the apartment Belvedere Casale at the first floor. Nearby there is a small villa, with the apartment called Belvedere villetta. Podere Belvedere is an excellent place for relaxing, reading a book in the garden and sipping a nice glass of wine.

The countryhouse lies in an ideal area for enjoying nature and history. In short time you can reach the large sandy beaches between Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia; Natural parks ( Parco dell Uccellina, oasi WWF dell' Orbetello e di Burano), Etruscan and Roman archeological sites (Roselle, Vetulonia, Cosa, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana), Medieval towns (Montalcino, famous for "Brunello", the king of red wines, Massa Marittima, Pitigliano), Art towns (Siena, Florence).

Rental notes: One week rental, electricity, gas, water, bed and table lining and towels (with weekly change), final cleaning (assuming that before leaving customer makes a rough cleaning, otherwise 25 EURO will be charged for apartment 1 and 20 EURO for apartment 2). Newly renovated apartment has an independent access with loggia, a large livingroom, a nice kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three beds and a bathroom. Possible additional double bedroom with shower/WC and independent access in the ground floor of the same building.

Outside Area:There is also a big balcony with marvellous view on the surrounding countyside, with an iron table for dining outside.
