The third floor has a suite with a king size bed and the entrance to the penthouse. CasaMel is open, spacious and designed to take full advantage of the Caribbean breeze. Enjoy the sun next to the private pool or relax in a shady hammock and allow yourself to escape with the fresh Caribbean air. The front room integrates indoors with the outdoors and features a jetted tub and sitting area.

The Villa can be rented out as 1,2, 3 bedrooms or for bigger parties, you can have the penthouse as well . The first level of Casa Mel is open, spacious and designed to take full advantage of the Caribbean breeze. Enjoy the sun next to a private pool or relax in a shady hammock and allow yourself to escape with the fresh Caribbean air. The front room integrates indoors with the outdoors and features a jetted tub and sitting area. Guests have access to the kitchen, backyard Gas Grill, living area, washer and dryer, pool and jetted tub. The full featured kitchen has it all. The second floor features 2 suites. Suite 1 has a king size bed, AC, Cable TV and Private Balcony that faces the ocean. Suite 2 has two double beds, AC, Cable TV, lots of windows that captures the Breeze and a Private Balocony. Suite 3, located on the third floor, has amazing ocean view from it's balcony. The suite features AC, TV and a King Size bed. The 2 levels Penthouse, has it's own AC, multiple windows facing the ocean, Cable TV with a DVD player, a bridge connecting you to the terraces on the roof top.

Outside Area:CasaMel is located in a quiet street, in the heart of the Historical Downtown Cozumel. We've kept the main entrance to it's original Historical Carribean style home; however, once you enter the property, you get transported to a modern, Carribean house, within Amazing Architecture.
